Zen Garden VR is a virtual reality application developed by Future Productions Films Ltd.

2. Information We Collect and Process
Zen Garden VR may receive and process limited information provided by the VR platform, including Meta Platform User ID (USER_ID) and, where made available to the application, platform-provided age group information.
Meta Platform User ID (USER_ID)
Zen Garden VR may process a unique identifier provided by Meta that identifies the user’s Meta platform account in connection with the application’s use of Meta Platform Features.
The USER_ID is used solely for purposes necessary to provide, operate, secure, and support Meta Platform Features used by Zen Garden VR and to associate platform functionality with the appropriate user or platform account.
Zen Garden VR does not use the USER_ID for advertising, marketing, behavioural profiling, or selling information to third parties.
Zen Garden VR does not use the USER_ID to determine a user’s identity outside the Meta platform.
Age Group Information
Where provided by the VR platform, Zen Garden VR may process platform-provided age group information, such as whether a user is under 18 or 18 or over.
This information is used solely where necessary for age-related safety, compliance, or feature requirements.
Zen Garden VR does not use age group information for advertising, marketing, analytics, or behavioural profiling.
3. Data Storage
Zen Garden VR is designed to minimise the amount of user information it retains.
The application does not intentionally collect or store names, email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, or other directly identifying personal information.
Where Meta provides USER_ID or other platform information to Zen Garden VR, the information is processed only as necessary for the applicable Meta Platform Features and the operation of the application.
Zen Garden VR does not maintain a separate user profile database containing users’ real-world identities.
4. How We Use User Data
Information received from the Meta platform may be used only for legitimate purposes connected with operating Zen Garden VR and its Meta Platform Features, including:
- Providing and operating platform-dependent functionality.
- Associating platform functionality with the appropriate Meta platform user.

6. Data Retention
Zen Garden VR retains user data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to meet applicable legal, security, or platform requirements.
Where information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Where data is controlled or retained directly by Meta as part of Meta’s platform services, deletion and retention of that data may also be governed by Meta’s own systems, policies, and procedures.

Users may request deletion of personal data that Zen Garden VR processes or stores.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant request, such as the Meta platform account identifier or other information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant data. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, Future Productions Films Ltd will review the request and delete applicable user data that we control, subject to any legal, security, or platform requirements that require us to retain certain information.
Where the requested information is controlled directly by Meta rather than Future Productions Films Ltd, we may direct the user to Meta’s applicable privacy and account-management mechanisms.
