Hyperspace Music accesses the following data from Meta:

• User Age Group

(e.g., “Under 13”, “13–17”, or “18+”, depending on region)

Purpose:

• To ensure compliance with Meta platform policies

• To provide an age-appropriate experience

• To meet legal and safety requirements for mixed-age applications

We do not collect:

• User ID

• Real names

• Email addresses

• Location data

• Contacts

• Biometric information

• Payment details

3. How We Use Age Group Data

The user’s age group is:

• Accessed at runtime through Meta’s Platform SDK

• Used solely to determine age eligibility and platform compliance

• Not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics

We do not use age group data for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Age group data:

• Is processed within the application environment

• Is not transmitted to external servers operated by Future Productions Films Ltd

• Is not permanently stored outside the user’s device

If stored locally for functionality purposes, it remains on the device and is removed if the app is uninstalled.

We do not operate independent backend servers storing user identity data.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
